9700 - PIR Report (precalculated values and overrides)

Once you have calculated your PIR, you can print a copy of it to review your calculations and verify that you have completed all of the Manual Entry PIR Fields. You can print a copy of the PIR in the PIR module or from the Reports tab. Do you want to run your PIR for a certain agency, site or classroom? Click here to learn more about Report 9900.

 

Follow these steps to run Report 9700 - PIR Report (precalculated values and overrides):

 

  1. Click on the Reports tab.
  2. Click on the PIR tab and select report 9700 - PIR Report (precalculated values and overrides).
  3. Select the PIR that you want to run from the list.
    4. If you want to print a copy of an old or inactive PIR, check the Include Inactive PIRs box. Once you check this box, you will be able to choose from inactive PIRs as well.
  4. Click on the Preview button to view your PIR in ChildPlus or click Print to send a copy of the report to your printer.
